Complete the Deal

To complete the loan, all that is necessary is for the Promissory Note to be signed and the loan funds transferred.

Before signing a draft Promissory Note should be checked and approved by the borrower and the lender. Then a final document should be prepared and be signed by the borrower. Then the lender transfers the funds to the borrower. This can be done by direct bank transfer or by a bank cheque or a personal cheque. It should be noted that personal cheques may take several days to be cleared before the funds are available.
